Merchandise that makes a difference!
An eclectic set of dishes that sells for $20 in our store will provide ten days’ worth of hot meals for a homebound senior. When $50 in sales is generated, it ensures a week’s worth of food for a client visiting one of our pantries.
So take stock of your stuff and decide what it’s worth: that vintage print of Rocky Balboa, the grandfather clock whose cuckoo makes you cuckoo, or the too-nice jewelry that rarely gets worn. For children and families in need of help and hope, it’s nothing short of priceless!

All donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law--just check with your tax adviser for your situation.
Uptown Resale happily accepts:
Clean, quality clothing for women, men and kids with no stains, no tears, no odors.
We love, love, love cool home accents, anything modern - or antique, for that matter!
Wall art and lamps - bring it!
Good (or excellent!) condition shoes, fashion accessories, handbags.
Jewelry - of course!
Accent pieces (small) such as foot stools, decorative end tables, ottomans, and other select furniture.
Books - but please no text books
Sorry, but we are unable to accept:
Copiers, typewriters, old computers & TV’s and microwaves, try Surplus Exchange instead.
Used mattresses, BBQ grills, mowers, paint, baby furniture and some toys due to consumer product guidelines.
Building materials - but Habitat ReStore will take it off your hands.
Exercise equipment or text books.
Big furniture such as sofas, beds, or dressers.

the back dock and ring the bell. If just a sack or two, come through the front door
so you can browse and shop!
